Accurate electoral rolls are inevitable for strengthening democracy, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar said on Tuesday, amid allegations by the opposition that the special intensive revision of the voters' list in the poll-bound Bihar could deprive crores of their voting rights.
